Prices, Discounts and Sales Tax
As a direct importer and direct sales company we save you money by buying and selling direct without expensive middlemen. In addition to our low prices all (except custom-made) orders will be discounted, as below:
$2,000 to $3,999 ..... 5% Off
And, an additional 2% discount for all orders over $1,000 paid in advance with a company, personal or certified check. All prices valid while supplies last and are subject to change without notice. PA residents please add 7% sales tax.
$4,000 to $7,999 ..... 7% Off
$8,000 and up ..... $10% Off
Colors, materials and specifications are subject to change without notice
Shipping and Handling
All products are shipped FOB from our Philadelphia, PA warehouses. Shipping and handling charges are based on the products in your order. All orders, except ‘plus freight’ items, regardless of order amount will be charged a flat fee of $6 for shipping and handling via standard ground service anywhere in the continental US. For "plus freight" items please add freight charge in additional to the standard $6 flat fee. Actual freight charge will apply to "plus freight" items if order is below $800. Next Day/2-Day Air, Residential Delivery, Ferry Charge, Delivery By Appointment and Inside Delivery for salon furniture are available at additional costs.
Shipment Damaged In Transit
Please thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, you must note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and call us within 5 working days. We will file a damage claim on your behalf and ship you a replacement (via ground service). Most shipping companies will deny claims without the extent of the damage noted on the freight bill and deny all other claims reported after 5 working days.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make with us. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately so that we can resolve it for you. Full refunds (less actual freight charged by the shipping company) will be issued if merchandise is returned unopened in its original box or packaging within 30 days; open box is subject to a 10% repacking/handling fee. For defective item Wimex Beauty shall have the sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, exchange or repair the item and return it to you. No returns after 30 days. All repairs will be made free of charge for items still under warranty. All exchanges, repairs and replacements are shipped via ground service only. Air services available at an additional cost.
Warranty and Liability
We stand behind everything that we sell. All products, except electrical products (which have an 1-year limited warranty) and unless otherwise noted, are warranted for two years from the original date of purchase against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. When proven defective upon our inspection we will repair or replace, at our choice, any defective product free of charge. If found defective within 30 days: we will pick up, repair and return it to you free of charge. Please call us for a RGA number to return to us. Returns without a RGA number will not be accepted.
This warranty, however, does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper maintenance or unauthorized repairs. In addition, this warranty shall be limited solely to repair, replacement, credit or refund of the original purchase price. Wimex Beauty Incorporated shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages including, but not limited to, labor costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use of or inability to use products purchase from Wimex Beauty, Inc.

If you need to change or cancel your order please do so the same day before 4pm ET. After that all orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee plus shipping and handling if your order has been shipped. No cancellation is allowed for custom made, silk screening, embroidery and all special orders once they are in production.
You can pay with a credit card, send your order in with payment or have your order shipped COD (Collect On Delivery - $7 COD fee). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For your first order paying with a credit card, the shipping address for your order must match the billing address of your credit card. And, the first three orders shipped COD will be Cash Only before company or personal checks can be accepted. It will be a $25 bank fee for any check returned unpaid.
All special orders including silk-screening, embroidery and custom made products must be pre-paid in advance with a credit card, check or money order.
Not responsible for typographical or other print errors, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
